Service
Color correction
For color that came out patchy, banded, brassy, too dark or not the shade you asked for, whoever did it. A correction starts with a consultation, always, because we need to know what is in your hair before we add anything to it.
Some corrections take one long day; many are split across two or three visits. Results vary, and we tell you what to expect before we start.

Step 1: Consult and strand test
We work out what is in your hair and test a strand before we choose the first step.
- 021½–3 h
Step 2: Lighten or remove
Lift the color that is in the way, or take out dye that has built up, in stages.
- 031–2 h
Step 3: Re-color and tone
The new shade goes on, and a toner brings it to the tone in the plan.
- 0445 min
Step 4: Rinse, gloss, style
A cool rinse, a gloss and a dry, then your plan for the next stage.

What sets the price
The hours the work takes, how many sessions the plan needs and what is in your hair now. Your colorist quotes it after the consultation.
How pricing worksBefore you come in
Bring photos of the color you have and the one you want, and tell us what was used and when, even if it was a box from the drugstore.
Questions about this service
Can it be corrected in one visit?
Some can. Many are split across two or three visits, a few weeks apart, and we tell you before we start.
What is a strand test?
We color a small hidden section to see how your hair takes the lift and which shade it lands on, so the plan is based on your hair.
Do I need a consultation?
Yes, always. A correction without one is a guess.
