New clients
Start with a conversation about color
Color goes on faster than it comes off, so every new client starts with a consultation. Bring your photos, your history and your questions. We test a strand, check your skin with a patch test and write the plan down.

Your first visit
Five steps, from the first text to the next booking.
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Book a consultation first. It's a short visit where we plan the color before a long day is held, and we text you a link to a short hair-history form.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Photos of colors you like and colors you don't, and a list of what's been on your hair: box color, henna, bleach, a smoothing treatment.

Step 3: When you arrive
Come a few minutes early to Suite B at 1182 Prince Avenue. Parking is on the street and in the lot behind the building.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
Your colorist tests a strand, talks through the shades and the hours, and you do a patch test if it's your first color. The patch test takes about 10 minutes, and we ask you to wait 48 hours.
- 05
Step 5: Afterward
You leave with the plan written down, a care sheet for the first weeks and a refresh date for your shade.
