What people ask before they book
Do I need a consultation?
Yes, for your first color with us. It's a short visit where we test a strand, check your history and write the plan.
How long will it take?
Most vivid sessions take three to five hours. Pastels, silvers and dark hair going very light can take longer. The menu lists each service's time.
Do you color all hair types?
Yes: straight, wavy, curly and coily. We plan lightening differently for each and test a strand first.
What should I bring?
Photos of colors you like and colors you don't, and a list of what's been on your hair.
How does a deposit work?
Sessions of three hours or more take a deposit that holds your time and goes toward your service. The amount shows on the booking page.
What if I need to cancel or run late?
Give us 48 hours for a color session and 24 for a consultation or refresh. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten the service or move it.
Do you do a patch test?
Yes, before your first color, following the maker's directions. It takes about 10 minutes and we read it after 48 hours.
Can I bring a friend or a child?
A friend can wait in the front seating area. We ask clients to come on their own for the session, and we color clients 16 and over.
How much will it cost?
It depends on your hair and your plan, so we work it out with you before anything goes on. How pricing works explains what sets it.
How do I look after it?
Cool washes, fewer washes and a shade-matched conditioner. The care page has the first six weeks.
